Write to editorial@slotshortlist.com with the page URL, the sentence, and a public source we can open (register extract, operator terms, store listing). That is the whole process. There is no reference number and no escalation ladder.
What we will do
- Check the source you sent against the live page
- Amend the text if the published fact is wrong
- Update the “last checked” line on operator tickets where the licence data moved
- Leave scores in place unless the underlying criterion has actually changed
Disagreements about tone or ranking are not corrections. Complaints about an operator’s account, bonus or identity check must go to that operator, or to the UK Gambling Commission — we cannot act as an intermediary.
